Everything was wonderful, and I especially appreciated the person who checked me in finding me someone to help with my luggage. I also appreciated her assisting me in changing my room. This is a lovely property, and I prefer to stay here when I need to be near the Philadelphia airport.

We appreciated the shuttle back and forth to the airport, very helpful however I was told to call as soon as I got my baggage and had to wait outside for 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. Not ideal since the hotel is 7 minutes away. It was only 5 pm when I called so not sure why we had to wait. We will probably park at the airport next time. The airport parking is $15/day as we found out to late and the hotel is $25. Paying to stay then paying to park at $10 more a day than the airport parking is outrageous.

Appearance of hotel excellent. breakfast was excellent, lady there made the best omelet we've ever had with Swiss and bacon. Shuttle service was the best. Bed very comfortable.

Facility was great! The rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Thee room was very clean and the ambiance of the main lobby was really pretty and comfortable.

Breakfast is always great, long line for omelets. Could have used another cook on for a Sunday morning but they did a good job overall considering the long line. As a former hospitality manager the two cooks on handled the line well. Unfortunately, I did not catch their names. I have stayed at this hotel before and I would do so again. Paying for parking is a little ridiculous, especially since there are four other hotels near by with similar qualities. Overall, the hotel is nice. Happy hour is also a nice feature.

Our flight out of Philadelphia was delayed overnight, so we chose this hotel due to other passengers on the same flight also choosing it. We enjoyed the free 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport. The inner courtyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar; however, the drinks were quite pricey. A domestic bottle of beer was $8. The suite was very beautiful and had tons of space!

The bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom. Water gets very hot and stays hot. Love that. Breakfast is pretty good.

I appreciated accessible elevators, the gym had multiple types of equipment, the bar was fully stocked and we received two free drinks at check in. The elevator has a see through glass that allowed us to see the bar and atrium. The facility had plenty of parking. And everyone was nice and informative of the area.

Location to the airport and ease of access to highways was perfect. All the staff was fantastic. I like the room design that has a living room and bedroom separation element and that a mini-fridge and microwave are automatically included. Plenty of parking which did come at a day rate of $20 but it was relatively inexpensive. Also I like the design of the interior with the glass elevators, plants, etc. that is pretty consistent with Embassy Suites branded hotels.
